Born and raised in Georgia, and after many attempts to escape, I still reside in North Georgia [happily] with our growing family.

I have a background in high fashion editorial work, as the one in front of the camera. This unique type of work allowed me to travel abroad for a couple of years, opening my eyes to the power of photography, light and posing. My camera became a way of documenting life on the road while the artist inside started to come alive.


After finding my love and settling down, I photographed many of our friends engagements, weddings, and new families. As our family grew, while also trying to maintain myself as an artist, I photographed it all... birthdays, milestones, homeschooling, vacations. Over the last decade I've focused in on families, spending larger amounts of time with them, with a goal of capturing personalities in a more relaxed setting.


I specialize in candid lifestyle and portrait photography, with a secret love for photojournalism. I love knowing the moments captured are forever keepsakes, ones that will be looked back on as "priceless". I aim to not miss the in-between moments in a session, while also focusing on minimal prompting. My goal is to deliver a gallery full of natural, lifestyle photos with a side of "Christmas card" material ;)
